Shipping & Returns



We ship worldwide by Registered Airmail with tracking and insurance. This is our default shipping method for international customers. 

Registered Airmail takes longer to deliver, usually between 10-20 days, sometimes longer depending on the destination country. Typically, it costs around $35-50 to the US and Europe. It could be cheaper or more expensive depending on the weight of your package. 

We do provide EMS, FedEx, and DHL as well. Please get in touch with us for a shipping quote to your country if you would like to ship your order with any of these.

Your package is insured to the value of your order. And as such, you are responsible for any custom tax in your own country if any. You may request to under declare a package at your own risk. Please note under declare package will not get full amount shipping insurance as it will only cover as much as the declared value. 


Due to the high cost of shipping cost back and forth, we regret to say that no return or exchange is allowed.

However, you are welcome to tell us your problems and we will try our best to find a solution that works for both parties.

In the case that you choose to return and / or exchange for whatever reason, you must acknowledge that it will be your responsibility to pay for the shipping costs incurred. Unless there is a mistake on our part. (Wrong items, colors, etc) then we will take full responsibility to get your orders right. 


Refund may only be granted on a case by case basis. If you are having an issue with your order and you would like to get a refund, please write to us (email: and kindly provide an explanation. We will try our best to accommodate your request and grant you the refund if we feel that it's best to do so. 

Please note that buying the wrong size for your doll will not count for a refund. Please understand this, we work hard to provide a clear measurement for each item in the hope that you will not buy an item that won't fit your doll.
